What should I expect in my first session?

How do I know if you are the right therapist for me?

Do you accept insurance?

We do not currently accept insurance.  At the end of each month, we can provide a Superbill which you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement.  We are unable to guarantee whether or not your insurance will provide reimbursement. What is your cancellation policy?

Our cancellation policy requires at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid being charged for a missed session. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur the full session fee. We understand that unexpected situations can arise, and in cases of extenuating circumstances, this fee may be waived at the discretion of your therapist.​

We offer a free phone consultation to help you determine if we’re the right fit for your needs. This brief conversation is a chance to ask questions, share what you’re looking for in therapy, and get a sense of our approach and style. Finding the right therapist is important, and we’re here to support you in making that decision with comfort and clarity. If at any point it feels like we’re not the right match, we’re happy to provide referrals to help you find a therapist who is a better fit.
