WHAT TO EXPECT AT YOUR FIRST APPOINTMENT
Guiding You On the Path of Self-Healing
Perhaps you're down or anxious - maybe you're unsure about the future of a relationship, or just feel that you aren't living the life you were meant to lead. Whatever your needs may be, I am here to offer support.
Your first appointment is for us to get to know each other. We will talk about why you're seeking therapy, what you hope to gain, and any concerns you have about the therapy process. You are free to ask any questions you have about me and I encourage you to give me feedback about what you need and how I can provide support and guidance.
Seeking therapy is often scary and overwhelming. It is important to remember that you are in charge of your therapy. There is no mandatory commitment and you can start or stop at any time. Please reach out if you have other questions or concerns about the therapy process.
